We require Winder Drivers to join our Tanami Expansion 2 Project Team on a 2:2 roster FIFO from nearest capital city and the Cosmos Shaft Sinking team on a 2:2 or 2:1 roster About UsRUC Mining Contractors are an established Western Australian Underground Contractor who is part of the global Murray & Roberts Group. RUC is a diversified underground mining contractor with an extensive portfolio of Development, Production, Shaft Sinking and Raiseboring projects throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific. About the Role Execute daily routine work according to legislations, regulations, policies and guidelines.Manage/regulate speed of winder in a timely and even mannerSafe transportation of personnel on the stageEnsure all equipment required by shaft crew be ready and lowered in a timely manner. Ensure all materials are used and all waste is disposed of in an environmentally approved manner Maintain a clean cabin and ensure that there are no loose objects in the cabin, railings surrounding the machine, and gates are closed in the winder room     RequirementsWinder Driver Certificate or Competency equivalentFirst Aid CertificateC Class Drivers LicenceWork Safely at HeightsNational Police Clearance First Aid (Provide First Aid) Why join the RUC Team?You'll thrive. Since 1996, Nick’s career to date has predominantly involved underground metalliferous mining.
His experience gained during this time has been from the ground up, having spent years working underground at the ‘coal face’ through to statutory and senior management positions on site and at corporate head offices. This has given Nick an in depth knowledge of all aspects associated with underground mining.

Tracey is a CPA qualified Accountant with 16 years’ experience working in various industries, including telecommunications, engineering and construction, professional services and the property sector. She started her career in Perth with Gascoine Group and VDM Engineering and Construction, before moving to London to work for City of London Telecom. Tracey joined RUC in 2014 and manages the day-to-day finance function, supporting internal and external business stakeholders, Project Managers and The Board of Directors.
