When it comes to underground construction, no one in the Asia-Pacific region can match our workload, technical skills and expertise. Fact.
And this matters when you’re working in a time critical environment where safe work practices and high quality work are non-negotiable. So it’s good to know we’re setting new benchmarks for productivity, quality and safety in underground construction across projects like our ongoing chute construction works at the world’s largest underground mine – the Grasberg Block Cave Mine, and our turnkey GBC Shaft Project in the highlands of Papua, Indonesia. Here, we were responsible for all aspects of construction, including excavation, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical piping, instrumentation and commissioning to deliver a world class automated hoisting facility capable of moving over 300 people in a single lift.
